Re: Drowning
Back on topic though, is this all Notch has been doing lately? Does anyone know if he is working on a new game? His twitter constantly refers to little things he's working on. He seems to really like game jams and does something for a lot of them, which makes sense, since I believe he said once he ...

Glad to see you've found something of a peace with this. I'm excited to see what the final touches to BTW will be and what sort of glorious horrors you can come up with when you're not tethered to something not completely your own. Best of luck in everything, man. :)

Re: American Horror Story season finale wtf thread (spoilers
Can't say I was a fan of this season, at all. I think I liked the intro the most out of everything. (and Nan. so of course she gets killed and not brought back, unlike literally every other fucking person.) All the seasons thus far have had happy endings. I guess that's their ultimate "twist&qu...

Re: Download Youtube Videos
The three different methods I use are: http://keepvid.com/ http://www.clipconverter.cc/ & this extension for forcing videos to use the HTML5 player. It comes with a download button. I've used clipconverter the most, and, so long as my net was working, have been able to download 720p videos that ...

Mewgenics, Clockwork Empires, the Evil Within, and The Sims 4 (although that one is more cautious.)

Re: A weird missing file on my computer (Ghost File?)
I actually had this once due to a minecraft adventure map zip file. For whatever reason, I couldn't do a damn thing to the folder once unzipped. Couldn't delete it, rename it, move it, or anything. I googled it a ton of times trying to figure out how to be rid of it but nothing I tried worked. So I ...

That would've essentially made the doctor a Trill, which honestly probably makes more sense than the regeneration stuff.

Re: Tiny trick or Treaters!
Had to google the show, but considering that's set in Detroit and I live in a small rural town in CA, it's probably got a similar poor/rundown look.. just with more cows literally down the street.FlowerChild wrote:Kat, your description has me picturing your neighborhood as something out of Low Winter Sun :)

Re: Tiny trick or Treaters!
We're not likely to get any trick or treaters this year. I'm still living in my childhood home & all the kids I grew up around/with have moved away & their parents haven't. xP And considering we have no streetlights and a lot of dogs.. well, most grandparents in the neighborhood take their k...

He got the machine gun from the same guy he bought his very first gun from - they exchanged cars at the same diner he made his sad bacon birthday plate. Did the money/keys trade in the bathroom, if I remember correctly. I can't remember if the episode that takes place in was at the start of this hal...

It certainly seems interesting. It's different, which makes my brain go "nope" right away, but I'd be willing to give it a try if it/the steam console are affordable.

Re: Next Doctor announced!
My understanding of it was that John Hurt was the doctor during the Time War (between 8 and 9).
As for the casting of 12 - eh. Seems like a good fit, but I was holding out hope for someone more interesting. Maybe next time!

Wait what??? I have no idea what these cards are, or what they do I just know I have a bunch from playing games. They are worth RL monies? From what I've looked at, most sell for a quarter or less. And all they do, when you get a whole set, is give you stuff to personalize your profile/chatting with.

He's had a really good run. Hopefully his departure is handled..better than Ten's was. (Which got the point I was GLAD he was gone. Blargh.) Fingers crossed for someone other than a white dude for the next Doctor, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up. Edit: How many lives does he have left anyway? ...

I played it a few days ago and really loved it, although I found it very frustrating/stressful on the last few days, in a good kind of way. There's only so many things I can keep track of!
Really looking forward to the full version, in which I'm 100% certain my entire family will die.

Only time I've ever been able to use high res skins that come with texture packs is when my internet isn't working and the game can't connect to the minecraft server to fetch my skin.
