I was browsing some old forums of feed the beast and stumbled upon a better than wolves one. It had a link to this mod which seems to basically be better than wolves but updated to the current version and removing some features. This is the link

Well... I would say you need to look at the mods code.
Because just copying FCs ideas is rude, but hard to prove it was stolen ("I was just inspired by this" or "I came up with this on my own, unlukcy coincidence").
On the other hand, if you can show he mostly copypasted FCs code and changed just some parts, that would be a proof for a steal of intelectual property.
As faar as I understand this ..
