Animals escaping mod fences.

I have stone fences everywhere for my animals, and changing the fence collision boxes apparently means that they've been escaping at a pretty steady rate.

Take this one up in tech support the verify that it's actually a mod problem please. There's too much wonkiness with fences in general for me to assume this has anything to do with the change I made, and it doesn't really make much sense that it would have anything to do with it.
