Witch's dropped healing potions don't stack with player made

It's vanilla behavior, and rather irrelevant.

Potions in vanilla don't stack, witch potions are actually different from player made ones internally, the potion system is a bit of a mess and I don't want to fool around with it too much, and so yeah...will not fix.
