Holy damnation... - A brief note

I just had to get this out of myself. Taking a peek into a pitch-black cave during daytime, only to hear a whistle and see a loose arrow flying in my direction was one of the best moments I've had in my whole Minecraft experience. I've never felt anything like that during those 2 years I've been playing this game. As if the very darkness was telling me I wasn't welcome into its depths.

Thank you, FC, you've made this game a thousand times better.

I definitely agree, the arrows from the darkness are probably my favorite feature of hard core of darkness. It's truly terrifying to round a corner, see a huge black area and get hit by a handful of arrows. Truly amazing.

hehe yeah I was exploring an undergorund cave beneath our cave home (a cave we walled up with dirt to make an underground house) and there was a section near the river that was pitch black that for the longest time a skeleton kept tryin to snipe me from xD
