META -- There are "Add Friend" and "Add Foe" functions on the BTW Forums?

My guess is that this would be considered an off-topic discussion due to the lack of any other obvious location to post a meta-thread.

When viewing another person's profile, underneath the drop-down to describe "Groups," there are two links. The first is "Add friend," and the second is "Add foe."

The former borders on the obvious. Is "Add foe" simply a fancy label for blocking another user?
