Placing pistons near powered blocks

When you place a piston near the block I'm facing in the 1st pic, it's properly oriented for a single tick, before updating and switching orientation, moving the block behind it.

I think I likely got this one when I fixed the following:

-Fixed a problem where pistons would occasionally extend two arms when first placed by the player.

a couple of weeks ago, as it was a general problem with initial state on placement. Should be fixed for next release.
