diamond pick VS nether brick stairs (not loose) act like the wrong tool is being used, take forever, and get destroyed when broke

This actually affects a number of nether blocks. I implemented a new material for them to handle some of the new mobs spawning mechanics, which is causing picks to no longer recognize them as rock.
Already got it fixed. Will try to get out a patch release within the next day or so to cover it, between family gatherings and festive beverages :)
