Block Dispensers and Work Stumps

Block dispensers can be used to pick up work stumps as intact blocks, which can then be freely placed down anywhere. I don't think this is intended behaviour because Silk Touch axes can't do this, and picking up a non-oak work stump converts it into an oak work stump, and it massively devalues the standard anvil.

they get transformed into normal log when picked up. you can't place stump logs at all

Nah, not regular stumps, I mean the ones made into crafting tables, which is how I know they're internally called "work stumps". FC knows what I mean.
