Snow golems unable to make with new snow blocks?

I've tried to make some snow golems with new snow blocks but i'm unable to. old snow blocks work fine.
also witches still don't drop scrolls anymore

Fixed the snow golems.

No idea what you mean by "still" with the witches, but nothing has changed there and the code looks fine.

Hiding bug reports in the feedback forum is not a reasonable solution.
