Torches extinguishing don't update lighting
Occasionally, when a crude torch extinguishes, the area around it will not update and it will remain lit. Updating or destroying the burnt torch correctly updates the lighting.

Yup, known issue. There seems to be a couple of bits like this with lighting updates. Will definitely take a look when I have a chance.

I put in some additional checks on this one to help ensure lighting updates will occur when torches burned out. Should be fixed for next release.
