Unfired pottery ghosting

When an urn and the block its resting on are pushed with pistons the urn drops as an item and a "ghost" of an urn is created where the urn should have been pushed. This ghost seems to disappear after a block update (it doesn't drop another urn or duplicate the item).

I'm running version 4.A5 ProlongedPoking (single player survival).
