Saplings in flower pots

With the latest BTW release i have the wrong rendering of saplings when I place them in the flower pot. can someone else confirm it or is a bugged install by me.Tested with latest MCpatcher install and Vanilla TP

The saplings look as expected to me. That is, they look exactly like they look if planted on grass normally.
I manually installed, vanilla texture pack.

for me they look as it's another sapling. for example jungle is birch
