Is there anyone able to help me obtain version 4.59 of the mod?

No, we do not support older versions of BTW.

read the last pages on the minecraft forum for BTW. there should be a post with links to older versions.

The only old versions of the mod that are available are the last version for each major MC release. So no, you can not obtain 4.59. Suck it up if you want to play BTW, otherwise the mod is not for you.
