Its not just making them work with grass slabs, its making the dirt under the slab that is also beside another slab have grass on its side(s)
If it was something simple I wouldn't mind asking, but making slabs work with better grass is not an easy fix.

worked a bit on the grass slabs and i 'm not really satisfied. you really need to disable better grass from mcpatcher for them to work as intended or let it in place but sometimes in snow biomes you'll have some grey textures.
and as i was there i just added the newer textures to the top and sides of grass and grass slab blocks.
also what do you think of CTM for horizontally logs?

they are birch logs placed on the EW axis, you could also see the issue with better grass on the left

Not sure about the CTM on the logs. It looks cool but I can't think of how I would use it.
I have seen the better grass snow issue. I think it stems from how FC got foliage and snow to coexist. Technically the snow occupies the block above the foliage and renders down at the same level as the plant. Better grass is just getting a bit confused because the snow isn't technically in the block above the dirt block.

The log CTM looks good, but honestly kind of weird. I think it would look a lot better if it didn't have the inner circles (If that is possible, I don't know entirely how CTM chooses textures)

The wool slab textures look good. The jungle wood I think looks just as good if not marginally better than what is already there, so I'd be fine either way.

One request I'd like to make (If you're willing to do it, OFC) is to make different CTM for the top and bottom of glass than the sides, as it looks kind of weird to have the arch pointing to the side of glass in the floor or ceiling of a building.

The overworld Bloodwood texture is going to suit my sawmill perfectly
Request: The path textures, even if you don't add them in the official release, are you able to have them archived in the release so that I would be able to make use of them? (or even just the ctm properties and the crass colour)

i didn't worked at all on the path textures. if you need them just download a newer Conquest RP and copy them from there. i'll work on a proper biome implementation later and colour biome files and make a download further on.
i don't have silk touch but my ice farm works great with some BDs

v.1.2 is out here: download
changes and additions from last time
-newer grass textures top and sides to grass and grass slabs blocks from latest Conquest.
-fixed and added some random textures to sides of half snowed dirt. WIP
-added few more vase textures WIP
-added charcoal texture to be separate from coal
-added more textures to cobblestone stairs. they look different NSEW. lack of matchTile rule makes me cry
-fixed the bottom texture for barrel and added newer one to top. also different top weights depending on the biome.
-fixed BTW rock blocks to have the proper biome tint. (RezDev, i finally did it)
-fixed glass CTM on top and bottom to have a different texture from sides as it looked ugly.
-changed wicker textures again. i'm happy. still can't add randomness to the panel, appreciate any help here.
-added newer darker white stone bricks textures to the Deco Add-On from latest Conquest
-few more textures to the top of workbench
-added new textures to the birch fence.
-added overworld dependent textures to the bloodwood.
-deleted the unused textures from the TP.

enjoy!

there are still some places where i can add new textures, like oak, jungle and spruce double slabs. feel free to discuss those and post pics of your builds so i can understand to use of the blocks.

in the future i'll make the proper textures to the wood pedestals as i figured out the IDs

@pommes. i've made this thread just to talk about Conquest TP, any pics posted by me or others here are just a showoff for the blocks used in game with Conquest TP, both for me to post new uses of the textures and for others that enjoy this TP to post bugs or request about implementing new textures.
asking me for world download or world tour video it's a bit off here. there are proper ways like PM and i will gladly respond on them there.
please refrain yourself in asking about suck things here, but if you want to contribute feel free to do so. A video is needed on the first page even if you're not a skilled builder.

@all it's seems that i've deleted the CTM for snow and snow tile from the pack. good thing is that Conquest has a different snow texture so i need to work again on the sides of certain block ( grass, mycelium and half dirt)
