Yes, still planning on a 7 est. launch. It might be a bit thin at first. I've talked with a couple of players who wont make it until tomorrow morning our time. Did you get your CraftGuide troubles sorted?

I would say that was very successful day! within just a few hours we worked fast for that renewable food and crop situation. Im proud of you all! :P

And i cannot forget to say that i was most certainly having a good time. The TS is definitely a benefit in my eyes.

Long story short: I nearly burned his house down. :) The creepers were a team effort.
Chaos and good clean fun, that. Would have made for a very entertaining stream.

In my defense, we really needed to melt down those gold swords...

sorry i havnt been on much ): been working some weird days at work (I work at a Starbucks kiosk inside a grocery store,which has been insanely busy the past 2 weeks) and been getting massive headaches for some reason -.- that combined with the bf dragging me out a lot to go to the game shop nearby for some much needed people time >..>

I'll try to start getting on more before headstart starts on friday :)

What happens if I don't use the texture pack. What if I log in only once? Maybe I'll find inspiration in one of the landscapes, what if I don't? I like looking at and exploring builds, can I come visit? Clearly, with what I've said here I'm not a good fit for the server requirements so "no! Eat my shorts!" is a perfectly acceptable answer.

Hi, can I play on this server?

Why do you want to play here? After a few months I'm ready to get back into BTW and try the villager changes and hardcore sinkholes. It's lonely playing by myself. I like to see other people's builds or just have some chat going on while I play. Multiplayer servers also motivate me to try and build nice things.
How many hours a week you think you'll be playing on this lovely server? Probably 1-2 hours per weeknight, more on the weekends.

The server will be down for the next 45 minutes or so. I'm running the Overviewer. Eventually, I will put a screenshot of spawn and surrounding areas in the OP for your enjoyment.

EDIT (to avoid a double post): While I'm waiting I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who plays regularly on this server. What we have here so far is exactly what I had in mind when I first had the idea of starting a server. Its a good core group of guys/gals who all share a borderline obsessive interest in this game and enjoy working together and sharing ideas and styles.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, prepare to be amazed! The moment we have all been waiting for is about to begin:

The complete and total annihilation of all natural Nether life!

That is right lads, we have recently let loose a fungal plague upon the world of the dead, and soon everything will be ours! Nether Fortress spawns are expected to grow exponentially while those pesky ghasts will hopefully die off forever. This is just one of many steps being taken to prepare ourselves for a battle with The Dragon.
