Axes not effective on grates

Stone axes are not effective on grates when i try to chop it. It only acts as if I am punching it.
The only recent thing in the changelog about axes is about grass and wheat and should not affect grates.
I also have the deco addon and mcpacher installed.

Sockthing and I ran into this same problem when we were recording together. I now believe it has something to do with the deco addon. Since I could chop grates just fine, but he could not. I do not have the deco addon installed and I believe he does. Bring this bug to Yhetti's attention.

Yes I know about this and I addressed it in the next update.
It applies to all axes and pickaxes.
This will happen with all Aesthetic Non-Opaque blocks: Grates, Wicker, slats, Lightning rods, urns, etc.
