I don't know if any of you have seen this, but apparently facebook just announced they've acquired the company making Occulus Rift, and Notch had been one of the top supporters for the Occulus Rift kickstarter:

I saw the news last night, but it stated that they were in the process of acquiring. Their twitter feed confirms it as well.
In all honesty, I agree with the masses in this one (a big WTF?), considering that, like Notch stated, Facebook is a numbers site, where the amount of people posting is worth more than security and privacy.
