Kibble/Dung Filtering with Hoppers

With Hardcore Buckets, it's possible to create an automated water-less dung farm with hoppers and filters that allow dung to pass through but stop meat. However, this isn't the case with Kibble, which passes every Hopper filter that dung passes and is stopped by every filter that also stops Dung.

By changing Kibble so that it is stopped by one of the filters that allows dung to pass through, this will allow for automated water-less dung farms that use Kibble instead of meat.

This idea would assume I want to encourage waterless designs. I don't.
