JLCustomz BTW Server Ver. [4.81]

If anyone is looking for a small low traffic server, I invite you to check out our server.
This is a non-anarchy server.


The server does require a whitelist. If you would like to join, please state the following:

Server Rules:
1. Don't go into others builds/spaces without their permission.
2. NO stealing of any sort. If they take the time to find their resources, craft their items, you can too.
3. No destruction of ANY sort to others property.
4. Be player friendly as much as possible. This doesn't mean you have to socialize, or talk much. Refrain from criticism of others builds, game play, etc.
5. No spawning Withers in the over-world. If you are to a point to battle the Wither,
get with me first and explain your ideas for the battle.


Simple rules if you ask me. VIOLATIONS of any of these rules will result in removal from whitelist and a possible ban.

Hardcore Spawn: Off
Hardcore Buckets: Off

Please request to be added to the whitelist if you inted to be active.

It's waste of my time to add players to the whitelist when they join one time,
run around until it gets dark, or they die and never return to the server.

Currently, Hardcore Modes are as follows, Buckets are off, Buoy is on, Player Names are on, and Spawn is off.

I am almost certain for the time being it will remain as is. This doesn't mean it can't be changed
but I would prefer to get others opinions, not just my own.

To the server Admin, why is this necessary? What difference does it make calling a player x37hotfoxy instead of Billy bob jean?

My idea of discussing personal information of others is far from asking for a first name only. When I read the forum rules, the rule was very brief. If I am breaking the rule
by asking for a first name for the application, I am truly sorry, and I hope one of the admins, or moderators of the forum let me know.

Benanov, sorry about you getting disconnected.
That was failure on my part due to too many open screens at one time.
The server actually stays on 24/7 *unless* of an extended power outage.

No worries. I had a server wrapper for Wasteland - it has an auto-restarter. Were it not giving me fits with the server backup (it was thrashing all weekend while I was out) I would recommend it.

Thanks for the WL. It's going to be a long slow crawl up to safety.

I want to put this out for future reference. Although this is not really a rule, it can be considered a courtesy.
Please keep in mind when choosing a base location, that there is plenty of open areas available.
With the existing builds and bases fairly close to spawn already, I want to prevent cramping around spawn
if possible.

You have to decide early on whether to be liberal or conservative. I ended up being quite liberal with my whitelist additions - the nature of the server weeded out the griefers.
