good game hardcore explosives

if this needs to be moved to off-topic feel free to do so.

so my friend and i were playing on his BTW server together (he was skeptical of the mod and i really had to push him to install it on the server) and we worked our way up the tech tree together all the way to steel and automation and the end etc...

then i told him about hardcore explosives. and blasting oil

"hey Jon, dont take any dammage with it in your inventory.... or throw it.... or it will go BOOM"

"ooh, boom?" he proceeds to throw one off the top of our base *BOOM*

"stop it, the more you throw the bigger the explosion"

"really? so if i throw a stack....?"

"NO DONT!!!!" i rush over to try to talk him out of it neglecting the fact that i also had 20 in my inventory *BOOM*

I explode, he explodes, half our base explodes, a dog explodes (and not the same way as when it makes dung) etc.... then we respwan ovet the hill away from the base laughing all the way.

I decided to test the limits of the "more blasting oil bigger boom" once.

I loaded my entire inventory with the stuff (creative mode) and then switched to survival mode & dropped on top of a village well from a great height.

When I respawned, I was disappointed to find most of the village still standing. :/ There was a bit of lag, and a nice hole where I had landed, but I think the blasting oil didn't spread far enough once I died before it exploded to really do that much damage.
