Revert mobs to dying when falling on fences under water

As per title: mobs used to die when falling on fences under water, but due to a Mojang change to specifically stop it, they no longer do. Seeing as this massively dropped the rates of my, and I presume many other's traps, I feel it should be reverted.

I'm against. Traps based on this "bug" greatly reduce the effort needed to create fall traps, since you have a floor that both kills mobs and moves items to your collection points. Making a fall trap that only sends water once a while to collect drops (while, for instance, sealing the ground floor with an additional level of blocks using pistons to continue killing mobs, or stopping the mobs from falling for a limited time) is much more challenging and fun. Making a saw-based trap too.

I think Mojang's change, while breaking a certain trap design, was right in this occasion.
