When I get depressed I end up getting extremely angry. That usually resolves things pretty quickly one way or another.

When I'm feeling depressed I stop and think about why I feel depressed. I take note of the events leading up to the depression so that I can better prepare for it next time. Then I resolve it. Usually with shots.

If I'm feeling down these days, I livestream, or watch someone else's livestream. Of course, on the really bad days, when I can't even convince myself to get out of bed, I mostly just sleep until my husband comes home and gives me something to focus on.

There have been more of those lately, but I just soldier on one day at a time. It will be ok, ms panda.

Alcohol and music, usually. Something hard like Sirenia or symphonic like Nightwish. Videogames help when its just a little dip in my mood. The deeper downs are usually a waiting game: hanging on as best I can until it passes. If I’m in real trouble, obsessive exercise or lawn/garden maintenance make a big difference.

Depression is best fixed for me, honestly, by coming here. Seeing like minded people and watching people that don't fit the moods get slammed hard does wonders for lifting me up, especially when I am holding my cat. Cats are natures anti-depressants.

I run. When I'm down or upset I need to do something physically active outdoors away from people. Rhythmic patterns of jogging help me focus and clear my head.
And if I'm pissed about something, its a good way to burn it off. Side bonus is it also pushes me to my limits and I get better mile times and distance.

I play exceedingly violent video games, and if that doesn't work, alcohol, smokes, and a very heavy punching bag(your choice of organic for the satisfying screams or non-organic for ease of acquisition)

I tend to do two things, A. I'll hold it in until I can't stand and I'll flip on someone or B. I run 5:30 in the morning til 6, I find the freezing temperature soothing.

I forgot to mention running. Running and almost all other forms of intense exercise work well for me and quite a few of my friends.
Never tried the cold temperatures though, so I'll give it a go the next time I have the urge to punch an idiot in the face :)
