I'm honest to a fault (yes it is a habit). I also have habitually good manners (in fact, many people would tell you that I'm the politest person they know). I tend to think the best about people instead of the worst.

I chew my nails when I get stressed. I eat food that is not good for me (I LOVE McDonalds). I don't exercise near enough.
