minecraft_sever.jar help

Sorry about asking here, but I've tried for hours and looked in dozens of places. I'm normally pretty good at adding mods to the .jar file and can do it with minecraft.jar for single player, but when i tried to add SDK's ModLoaderMp files to the minecraft_sever.jar for my sever, by dragging and dropping it wouldn't work, this is the error report

am i doing it wrong or am i going to have to find where i put my admin password and do it under that user?

I tried again, same error report even with the sever not running:(

Did you put it in program files? If so, try moving the entire server folder to your desktop and try again

I just tried again in both places, same error report popped up, am i copying over the files wrong?
