(32x) Conquest BTW

I present to all a version of the Conquest texture pack for BTW CE 2.1.4, with everything I have updated up to now. There remains some placeholders and modifications I'd like to make but I will continue on now for the beta 3.0.
A big thanks to Dawnraider who was keeping the pack up to date until recently, and provided lots of help. I provide a link to Dawn's version if you require add-on support (I've not gotten to that yet).
With MCPatcher integrated and loading lag having been dealt with, playing with Conquest is even more agreeable than before.
