other ways to install/run game

I'm not a big fan of the vanilla launcher or MultiMC. I prefer using CurseForge. Is it possible to run this with CurseForge?
No, you can't play BTW through Curse Forge at this time.
Ironic that people are asking about this these days, as not being part of Forge was a big part of the mod's identity years and years ago.
Anyway, if you had taken the time to look at other parts of the forum before posting, you may have seen that this has been asked before.
