I have some hardware sitting around, so I decided to put up a server. Feel free to use it to play with your friends, or meet up with people on the Community Server and hang out.

I was so captivated by the snowy terrain that I decided to film a video.

We are coming to grips with the true nature of this bleak world.

I have yet to see anything but snow, but some players claim there is warmth out there somewhere.

My Comcast bill wasn't being paid, so they cut my service... Now I can't port forward for some reason!!! Very annoying.

Thankfully, Prof Ion has offered us his hosting with very generous ram and a Samsung 980 Evo to run it. NEW IP: BTW.ionmedialabs.com

The server has been a load of fun so far. Playing with a map is a blast. Once you pinpoint your general location, you can start to strategize migrations and hunting trips. Future servers may have maps too?



Geographically speaking, the endless tundra does indeed have some splotches of warmth in it. Players have settled in the bright spots and eek out a living.

In terms of technology, the spawn basers have built up a windmill and found a couple of diamonds. Not enough for nether access. I have recorded and edited a good bit of footage, but YouTube won't let me share the videos because I was listening to copyrighted content! I am looking into ways to share this footage with all of you without Google policing the content, so standby.
