Graphical bugs on ARM MacOS (HELP WANTED)

There are all sorts of graphical issues with the new ARM MacOS devices. It seems like the fix will be simple, but hard to find, and obviously we need more eyes on this issue. Any programmers with access to an ARM Mac, feel free to chime in.
