Hook Request Thread

This is the thread for any addon authors to request hooks for their addons. Better than Wolves has a ton of mod-specific functionality, and not all of it is currently open for addons to make use of. This is the place to ask if you would like a particular system to be exposed as an API hook.

Please keep to the following guidelines for requests:
- Only make requests for hooks that you actively need right now. This helps to optimize how CE contributors are spending their development time by avoid features which don't actually get used.

- Generally please keep requests limited to extensions of existing functionality. Exceptions can be made to this but will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as again development time for CE is a limited resource.

- Check the github addon maker tag to see if your requested hook is already being worked on here.
