I fixed it for you.
Why fix something not broken? Now you're just implying that the player has a mother complex as opposed to allowing a person's own imagination and issues to create innuendo on a case-by-case basis.

More cauldrons around the villager means more throwing power!

Actually, my little brother just talked to me while I played, and he said it would be cool if cauldrons could be used to collect rain.

That sounds like a "better use for this Cauldron"!

I laughed so much reading this !
Especially the fake changelog from Storm...

If you implement what you've said FC, I hope Battosay will engineer us a new Rube Goldberg machine using it. Although, and if I remember correctly, you said autocrafting was a feature you were willing to implement.
-> Rube Goldberg machine for cakes ! Make it power a door, and you have a neat way to enter a building AND having a nice reward for doing so.

Hum.
Have to wait now.

I saw the thread title, and then I saw the reply count and I knew this would contain womderful gems of off topicness. I was not disappointed! I lol'd at work and my coworkers now think I'm insane. I can't wait to use villagers as signal relays and fountain-like decorations! (remember rollercoaster tycoon had water fountain decorations that spit jets of water over paths back and forth? This is what villagers are now for!)

Does anyone know if cauldrons are rotatable? Rotatable milk-tossing villagers yay!
On the internet you can be whatever you want. It's surprising so many people choose to be stupid.

Thank you, Storm, for posting that fake change log while I was asleep. Now I shall not have to embarrass myself by immediately following up on the innuendo ;)

I haven't played Minecraft all week, and so far I was doing good.
Now, after reading this thread, I just have to go in there, and setup some playgrounds, and test some ridiculously stupid yet awesome ideas that I got from here.
Along with a good 5min laugh.
So ... thanks :)

Consider it an upcoming feature for the mod :)
You have exceeded my wildest dreams for this thread.

I hoped I had forgotten a recipe to recover iron or craft something
more useful, or maybe some minor use in brewing not obsoleted
by stackable water potions.

I eagerly await this grand new age.

I'm just looking forward to being able to have a couple Testificates throwing buckets of milk back and forth in the background of my videos, and not saying anything at all. People will be so confused...

hey FC, would you be SOO kind as to make villages stop throwing milk if the cauldron is powered by redstone
thus letting me set up a milk fountain as I enter my base.

and possibly a mechanically powered cauldron could do something even more crazy but alas I cannot think of anything

Don't get crazy. This is just a fun little useless thing I will work on only to the extent I personally feel like.

Still, being able to control the the release of milk could make for some interesting contraptions.

is this like... a hard to modify bass code? or is it straight forward?
(I don't understand minecraft modding.)

EDIT: Hang on a sec this is the same as a BD is it not?

I think you mean lactose intolerant, as in: intolerant of lactose. I think calling them lactose and tolerant would mean they are milk-based lifeforms who aren't easily offended. :P Though I guess they are pretty tolerant. You can hit them and even stab them with your sword and they won't get mad at you... :P

But anyways, the whole 'tossing the milk' thing started on Renevo's livestream, and FC decided it was funny and simple enough to add into the mod.
