Why fix something not broken? Now you're just implying that the player has a mother complex as opposed to allowing a person's own imagination and issues to create innuendo on a case-by-case basis.

Ok, I'm now in love with this idea. The thought of villagers all sitting around in their little hot-tubs tossing the milk around is bordering on art.

Consider it an upcoming feature for the mod :)

thus letting me set up a milk fountain as I enter my base.

I think you mean lactose intolerant, as in: intolerant of lactose. I think calling them lactose and tolerant would mean they are milk-based lifeforms who aren't easily offended. :P Though I guess they are pretty tolerant. You can hit them and even stab them with your sword and they won't get mad at you... :P
