this only counts as a 0.01 update?
FC you're spoiling us :P

Hardcore bone and the ability to use it on hemp... that frightens me, it's not going to end up making a triffid or audrey three is it?

oh well better test it, time to start boning my plants :D

thanks again FC :D

Awww yeah!

I was building something out of stone bricks yesterday and was like "y there no mouldings?" And now BAM.
You made me one happy builder, once again. Also, them connecting sounds even more awesome.
Not to even start on all the other stuff...

You call that life?! I didn't realise demonic hellspawn counted as 'life' :p

My first thought when you mentioned bonemeal would work on hemp was: "And do what? Summon ghasts?" But looking at the next feature on the list I am intrigued. Also Hardcore Bone is the best named feature ever.

Love the new features FC!

One question though on hardcore bonemeal: is it intended that you can't grow tall grass using bonemeal on normal grass?

If that's the case, i guess i'm going to have to find some untarnished plains and use a bunch of shears up to get tall grass instead of bonemealing normal grass for some of my gardens. >.<

I know flowers can randomly grow in grassy planters, so I think tall grass might as well. I will miss that particular feature too, though. I always used it after terraforming larger areas to get a somewhat random distribution of grass and flowers.

Yeah, thats what i use it for too, since i'm pretty terrible at making random patches of tall grass and flowers by hand. XD

Well, the main reasons made that change were because:

a) Nether Groth is a lot more fun to play with when you build pathways for it to grow over rather than just plant additional spores, so I wanted to up the cost to encourage that behavior.

b) Once you plant a Bloodwood Sapling, you wind up with a surplus of them very rapidly, so I want there to be a higher initial cost since it's really a one time deal.
Do you mean farming blood wood trees or just planting them somewhere?
I always seem to have problems in farming them because I don't have am effective way of farming saplings.

Anyway, great release as always. Gotta love a good hardcore bone.

Found some bugs with the new wood sidings.

- No need to. This is not the bug report section, and you obviously did not check it before posting this -

I never found the beggining of the mod to be slow. I just spend a day planting hemp and play like regular minecraft till it is done.

Yes and he noted that the colors get messd up, in fact sometimes sidings become corners or corners become sidings...

But since this will be deleted or edited anyway i don't realy care anymore.

That's absolutely not the case, however bug reports don't belong in a release thread. We've got a bug report section for that.

I honestly don't think I've ever been excited about an MC update as I have with the last few updates of the mod. Congratulations and thank you, my man, for your constant unbelievable high standard.
