I just started using your texture pack and am really enjoying it. :)
I have one question though: Do you take requests for mod support?

Alright, then I would like to request support for:
My mod
RBD's Doggy Talents and Magicats
and Lil Avii's Simply Horses

Those are all the mods that I use that don't have 32x textures (that I know of).
It's kind of a large request, but a lot of the textures are recolored duplicates of each other (in my mod and Magicats) so hopefully it's not too much work. :)

Heya, lovely texture pack, I'm much enjoying it. However, I have some minor issues; pumpkins and bricks have scrambled textures whilst netherack seems to have taken on the texture of running water. Funny thing is, this is neither a vMC water texture nor this texture packs
water, so I have no idea where it has come from. These problems wont prevent me from using this pack, i'm just wondering wtf I have done wrong.

Cheers

Have you used the HDpatch from MCPatcher or Optifine? You should use one of them (not the two at the same time).

Sounds like you don't have HD texture support, Ruinous. You need to use either Optifine (which may be buggy with BTW) or the MCPatcher (which will always work so long as the patcher is updated and can be used to install mods).

With the latest BTW build, I recommend the MCPatcher. Optifine, while an awesome tool, prevents the new Dragon Orbs from appearing, and not just visually.

On another note, I just started using your texture pack today Panda - Takes a wee bit of getting used to over Battosay's Mix, but I fancied a change of scenery :) Gonna have to give some proper feedback once I've seen a bit more of it.

Also IDK if I screwed something up but it looks like the creative mode inventory GUI isn't displaying properly with your pack.

Not to be a dopey downer, but does this have BTB and Kaos' add-on support? I had the same problem with the textures as Ruinous, but with only BTW installed, everything's fine. I'd love to use this in my Livestream if I could get this to work.

I am not sure if this was asked yet, or even answer for that matter, but Panda are you going to be adding more connected texture and animations support? I really like some of the packs that use it on logs and sandstone :)

Also the new crucible texture is HOT! Great job I really like it :)

First, you need to download the texture pack - follow the links in the original post to do so.
Once you have downloaded it, put the entire folder - still zipped! - in your texture packs folder of your minecraft directory. You can easily find this folder by opening minecraft, selecting "Texture Packs" from the main menu, and then selecting "Open Texture Pack Folder".

I find it easiest to use MC Patcher to use the high-end texture packs like Panda's. You can also use it to install your mods! Start with a clean jar file, by selecting "Options", then "Force Update" from the login screen of Minecraft. Then login, and let it do it's thing. Your Minecraft will now be vanilla. Close Minecraft and open MC Patcher. Select the "+" button near the bottom, and first navigate to where you have the current modloader saved and select it. Next, do the same thing for the current version of Better Than Wolves. Make sure the order of things in your list is Modloader, then BTW, then everything else MC Patcher does. Select "Patch". It will tell you there is a conflict, and that only the files from BTW will be used. This is what we want, so hit ok.

After that, start up Minecraft, select Panda's texture pack from the texture pack menu, and you ought to be good to go.
