I've noticed there's a bug with putting something on the anvil and getting fake stuff, and I saw a thread reporting that previously, but I also noticed that if I put a Composite Bow on it (just for testing) and close the GUI, my inventory is quickly filled with C-Bows. But I'm pretty sure this is a part of the original bug, so I'm almost certainly a noob. Sorry for that.
EDIT: Just noticed there's a new version of BTW. I'm a noob...
