Powered BDs will not send a signal into an extruded repeater

Powered BDs will not send a signal into an extruded repeater

When a BD is powered and it spits out a repeater that repeater will not carry the signal from the powered BD.

I'll take a look right away.

I rewrote a big portion of the BD code with this last release, as it had mutated into a nightmare of the years, so there's bound to be a couple of little items like this.

This kind of thing is why I keep explicitly mentioning when I refactor different aspect of the code, so, yay! Finally got one :)

Fixed for next release.

Was just a question of the repeater requiring an update after placement. If you placed a block next to one after the BD places it, the status would get set correctly.
