Nether Wart Issue in version 4.ABCFEFE

I seem to be unable to break nether wart by hand in Version 4.ABCFEFE. I didn't see any mention of this in the most recent changelog, so I just wanted to check if it was intentional or not. I have a video of the incident if that would help. Thank you!

Confirmed and fixed for next release. Will try to get a patch out tomorrow that covers it.
