Yeah, that's weird. Will take a look.
The placement code works on generalized rules revolving around what blocks the corresponding tools are effective on, so it's doing what it's supposed to here, but it obviously doesn't make much sense in this case.

Ahhh yeah I get what you mean. Well it felt like something I should bring to your attention in case it was something that just slipped through the cracks!
