Stone Item vs. Stone Block

Prior to the recent changes, Stone generally referred to Smooth Stone. Throwing an item called the same into the mix makes for clunky explanations and unintuitive wiki navigation/maintainance. I'd rather the item version just be called a rock for those reasons. It also has a vague sense of being smaller than a stone.

Been meaning to address that for awhile but it slipped my mind. Will get to it eventually.

Note that the bit about "rock" is where the above became a suggestion post rather than feedback. Please don't do that :)
