[Spoilers] Dirt and grass slabs don't get blighted

Dirt slabs can be dirt or grass, but not blight (not any of the 4 stages).

If you dirt-slabbed a grassy area and the slabs got grass, and later the area got blighted, there will be remaining grass slabs that seriously muck up the appearance of the area :/

Not to mention, it can be exploited to easily get grass access again with almost no preparation if the entire area is blight.
