Another question, I looked everywhere and I cannot find the recipes for buttons, levers and pressure plates, I tried all the normal ones but to no avail.

The new redstone recipes are described in the change log (readme.txt) where they were added in version 4.85.

For the lever, do the same way as in vanilla but add redstone below the cobble.

Buttons and Pressure Plates now use Corners and Sidings respectively; place redstone dust under one of these in the crafting grid.
