yep, the variable I used to check if the player was in the air isn't anywhere near as reliable as I had hoped ^_^;

I could just remove that and make it so you can zooka-jump even when you're not standing on the ground. It would mean you could use the windzooka for wall-jumping, which would be pretty cool...

zooka wall jumping omg :D and i think we should slow down the giga drill carving, ohh on another note the windzooka makes a great tnt cannon, set up a machien to drop lit tnt and shoot it ;) its awesome :D
Edit: i added a bug section to the thread, there few so far : )

Hmm give it a small charge like the golden shooters draw then when you release it it will carves?
so you CANT hold right click and sidestep and carve a humongous area real quick

Oh, I see.

That might be a little tricky. See, the right-click method gets told the coordinates of the block the player's looking at currently, while the "stopped using" method (when right-click is released) does not pass this information in. I think I can manage it by looking up what variables are getting passed in to the right-click method and see if I can just access them directly. If they aren't private variables, that should do the trick. If they ARE private variables, well, it's still doable ;)

I see its not a huge priority by any means, the tweak to the Windzooka seems like a more valuable use of time. : )

Just a couple things. The wind gun doesn't seem to be working at all even after jumping around a mountain for fifteen minutes after building it. The birthday sword also seems really overpowered for what it is. It appears to have the damage and durability of a wood sword where the durability of gold and the damage of a punch would seem more appropriate for something made out of cheap, infinitely renewable materials that don't require Steve to build a villager trap. Unless it's a dwarf cake...

Heehee!

Say, is the 13% nicer to wolves just like the "with added wolf rinds" joke?

I guess I'm a little late to the party :P

I have to say I do like some of the concepts of the tools here. I like the concept of a weapon that has one or two very powerful effects but with several major drawbacks.

I especially like the WindZooka, large knock-back with no damage sounds really fun to play with. Are double jumps with it possible? :O

I've been trying to cut back on the amount of mods I have installed, with the horror that is Minecraft 1.3 coming and the lack of the extended block IDs still on hold, the future of some mods remains uncertain. Once Minecraft stabilizes after the update I'll look at giving this a try. :)

Yes you can double jump, cushin death falls, use it as a tnt cannon and boost jump!
And theres no block ID issues since it uses non and thats a staple of this mod.

Im not trying to necro this because im being dumb or something but i was wondering if anyone would like to help me get my mod back on its feet as a non modloader addon. The reason it stopped was only because raust, the coder, had other things in life to do. Basically im asking if there's anyone selfless enough to be the coder for me and update it. o 3 o

Panda, I would love to. I will take a look at the code.

However, currently FCAddOn is kinda borked.

You can be certain it will be fixed man, and what's happening with it currently doesn't prevent people working on their add-ons, it just makes releasing them problematic.
