Redstone Torches popping off of Torchable side-surfaces

Redstone Torches popping off of Torchable side-surfaces

In my install, placed Redstone Torches immediately pop off of otherwise valid surfaces for torches. Specifically, sideways faces of mod sub-blocks are affected.

Just confirmed this behavior on sidings.

Confirmed that this behavior also occurs for ladders on torchable surfaces such as sidings.

The corresponding bug in the reports section has already been resolved, so locking this down to prevent any further derpiness from late comers.
