Boats can be crafted for 2.5 planks with the new high efficiency recipe. However they break for 3 planks and 2 sticks.
Wasn't sure if this was the right place to post but it doesn't really seem to be a bug per se, so I put it here.

It seems more like a bug... infinite duplication glitches... yeah that's a bit of a bug.
