Having issues with CustomColors and BTW4.65b

Post by jonny_AB »

Fresh jar, clean installation using MCPatcher.
When I patch the jar with the Custom Colors mod enabled, and then test it, MC runs, but sits at a black screen, never reaching the Mojang screen.
When I checked the log, I found the following:

Re-patching the jar with the Custom Colors mod disabled, and the game runs fine.
I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or if its just me being an idiot.

Nope, I got that problem too. It's with 4.65 and 4.65b.

And yeah, turning custom colours off fixes it, so that's where the problem is.

Yeah, I can confirm that, too.

Everything else seems to be working OK, though.

Was looking for this topic incase it wasn't already mentioned. Although coming here first would have saved me half an hour troubleshooting.

Just an update:
Kahr at MCF wrote: I've released an update to fix this. Grab 2.4.5_04 from here under the "MCPatcher for Minecraft 1.4.7 and earlier" section. Don't use the 3.0.3_01 version, that's for 1.5.1.
