All passive mobs are despawning even when spawned in with eggs. While agro mobs are okay with eggs but won't spawn on there own. This all the info I have currently very confused and upset by this.

Yep, noticed the problem and is easy to fix. My old settings are overwritten by the mcmyadmin from fragnet. Nit really an issue and easy to fix.. After I land.

For the rest out went pretty smooth, migration wise. Just the settings that have to be done.

Whenever I log on I get the message 'kicked by admin'. I remember this popping up on the official server, so it must be easily fixable ;)

It's easy to find. I just have to turn off the mcmyadmin Whitelist and turn on default or switch. Unfortunately I've been trying to connect to the mcmyadmin page whilst having my vpn running and it won't let me connect now. I'll keep trying though

That is indeed easy to fix, as it just needs me to turn off the mcmyadmin and switch to the default Whitelist or import the Whitelist I to the mcmyadmin Whitelist.
Unfortunately it won't let me connect to do so, I don't think it liked my vpn that I still had running. I'll keep trying though

I think an active vpn caused some connection issues (declined login) and now it's refusing me altogether. I'm trying :-(

Was just on and things run smooth atm.
Unfortunately due to the passive mob despawn thing from earlier, my pens are empty and the dogs are gone.
Will be on for the next couple hours to restock my pens n suff.

I have managed to get a few cows and sheep so far.
One thing I will say is, even though the despawn did hurt, it made me travel, fight and explore for a bit which was quite fun
and refreshing.
Also it allows me to experience the beauty of hc-sheep to it's fullest.
The first two sheep I captured and immediately bred after reaching my base had a different colored offspring from two
equal colored ones.
Still need some pigs and wolves. But at least I now know where to get capture some wild pigs due to my travels.

I have to issue a formal apology to Ion. He's been a really nice guy in helping me get acquainted and accustomed to the server. So imagine my shame when I was passing through his base, admiring his fine automations when I hear 'SSSSSSSSSSSSSssssssssssss' behind me.

I've tried to repair the damage best I could, but there are some materials, like whitestone and hellfire blocks.

So with the utmost sincerity, I'm sorry about the damage.

It really is no bother at all I shall simply replace the losses the hellfire blocks might be a bit tougher but no worries mcollecting resources and stuff is always fun :D just keep having fun on the server man!

Definitely not my doing (honestly don’t really care, stuff happens), so I need someone to get rid of him (or someone can put me creative I’ll get rid of him). I know for fact I can't beat him, even though internet connection is significantly higher, I still have a very high latency.

In short where i see him while I draw breath is not where he actually is. So i get killed :/
only other way i can get to my base is though magikeh's portal but that isn't ideal(medium distance, no gear)

This is a warning, something’s is wrong at whisps place, i went there this morning to borrow his mob trap iron output (to replace the gear i lost, I got permission before)

If you are at whisps place every i think 5mins (if that) your client will crash, It’s been happening all day to me and only stoped once i escaped to the nether

It could be just me (i don’t think so though)

Damn, that doesn't sound good!
I haven't had time to play since the update, but every 5 minutes sounds like something with my reed/hemp farming or my chicken farm.
I'll check tomorrow, should have a free slot in my schedule then.

Well that was anti-climactic.

I finally got my diamond and my obsidian and make a nether portal. It drops me in a portal in a steve-made corridor.

Great my portal linked with someone's portal. I go back through and it's apparently Razzle's and he has a portal in a random cave with a chest. So it's quite annoying that now if I use my portal to get nether rack it comes with a couple hundred block hike through the jungle.

Anyone know a good method to line up portals for a rebind with out coordinates?

Re-aligning portals without the coordinates being known is as far as I know not very likely.

I never did like guessing, but I measured the distance in the overworld and then just had to build a portal in the nether that was closer.

I'd like to be able to build it exactly to prevent this sort of thing, but it's the best I could do at the moment...
