Conversion of wheat to wheat seed

This would give a second source of wheat to the game, from exploring for dungeon/wolrdgen chests. It would also let you choose to expand a farm at an increased rate by cutting output you would be getting.

I think making wheat this accessible (via dungeon chests) would make it too common and would make it too easy to acquire initially. It would make renewable wheat available both by regular mining, and spelunking, and surface exploration, which would discourage surface exploration. It's too early I think to undo this difficulty increase.

As I said to Dave yesterday, can we hold off on the HC Hunger suggestions please?

Right now I have a thread for people to make balance observations in general discussion. I'd much rather that people focus on those at this stage than on ideas for how to "fix" things.
