Pedestals not rotating on top of turntables

Pedestals not rotating on top of turntables

Placing a pedestal on top of a turntable with a torch on one of the sides won't rotate the torch.

Not sure if this applies to/is related with all "special case" torch placement surfaces. Bug is not game-pressing, just happened to notice it.
