I found a sky blue sheep while wandering around on the Lifewater server, so yeah, it can happen.

Re: 12w34a snapshot

It annoys me that potatoes and carrots aren't a villager trading incentive and instead are a zombie drop.

Entities travelling through the nether is unfortunate.

I'm pretty much okay with the rest though, the Wither Boss looks pretty cool.

Re: Vanilla Minecraft Annoyances

Probably the most annoying thing to me is how they tend to implement something, and then seem to never revisit it or add to it, leaving lots of potential untapped. Maps, for example. They are a cool idea with lots of potential, but as they are now just tend to be a pain to work with since they have...

Re: Morvelaira's News Compilation

I can't say I care for this "WIP" block, it's neat, I guess, but it feels unconnected from the rest of the Minecraft blocks, there isn't a rational connection to other blocks or mechanics at all. It bothers me.

I'm not super hopeful about the application of this idea, but I have to say it's about damn time.

Maybe something'll be done about looting their crops and chests while he's at it.

All I know is that chaos is bad thing because if you cause enough chaos Unicron comes along and eats your planet.

We only got the one and that is where I keep my stuff.

Re: My single problem with BTW.

I think that is complete and utter hooey man. Yes, it can definitely be taken too far, especially if it starts getting into the masturbatory obsession stage. Creeps will be creeps. However, the underlying concept of channeling negative emotions towards safer or more constructive pursuits is pretty ...

You're going? What a trip that'll be. Damn, man, I wouldn't travel that far just for Minecon... :P
I don't remember where Battosay lives exactly, but at the very least I can say that this probably isn't as huge of a trip as you're thinking.

My "fanon" for vanilla Minecraft is that Steve is thrust forward into the future by his government to escape the apocalyptic invasion of the Enderdragon and his minions. Eventually Steve defeats the Ender Dragon and makes peace with the fact that he can't save his people, resolving to bui...

Re: My single problem with BTW.

I kind of had this problem with BTW, but it had nothing to do with the "occult" stuff, it was after reading the Theorycrafting thread, I don't like playing the bad guy that much at all, to be honest, and the lore supported it all too well. No worries, though, I've since crafted a good eno...

Re: Buildcraft wrench in BTW

oooh repeaters are a huge pain, you can't even place them below you, maybe shift-clicking would reorient them. If I recall correctly, FC isn't a fan of using alternate controls like "shift-clicking" and likes to stick to the basic Minecraft controls. Though I do agree with the suggestion ...

Honestly, I think the best way to go about "Hardcore Health" is to take away regeneration entirely, so the only way to regain health would be to use potions or golden apples.
