i think all mobs are easy to trap. For exemple on my new solo play, i have 3 cow trapped and they give me free milk... it's a good way to increase omelet instead making a mushroom farm.
i have to just dig a little hole and wait a bit, after just need to push mob inside the hole.

And about mushroom farm on bedrock ? Mob cant spawn on bedrock
