MCWiki says no more than five of the same type in a 9x9x3 area...be interesting to come up with modular mushroom farms.

Are you using the default ore distributions for COG? I've been fiddling about trying to make a good config for BTW but I don't know xml very well (trying to teach myself lol). Also, since the debugging features aren't available on the modloader version there's a bit of jar switching, too. Just curio...
